Notice how everyone's costumes are perfectly zipped, but Paul's is open. This obviously represents how injured he was after the crash.
2. Their hands
This time, all three boys on the top are doing the priest hand motion.
3. The walrus was Paul.
Okay, this one is a bit confusing. Everyone knows that John was the walrus - and in the album cover HE stands out. However, later in a different song, he said the walrus was Paul. So who you thought was John on the cover is obviously Paul - showing he is different than the others.
